5. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

All memberships are recurring unless otherwise stated. You authorize automatic billing at the start of each billing cycle. Failure to cancel before renewal does not qualify for a refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued.

7. Promotions and Coupons

Prices and promotions are final at checkout. Coupon codes must be applied correctly at purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content remains the exclusive property of QuantumEdge. Unauthorized use, sharing, or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Account Security

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in termination without refund.

10. Termination

QuantumEdge may terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

12. Limitation of Liability

QuantumEdge is not liable for any financial or consequential damages.
