Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all purchases, subscriptions, and payments made to QuantumEdge ("QuantumEdge," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or subscribing to any QuantumEdge service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
1. Digital Services - Final Sale
QuantumEdge provides access to digital services, educational content, tools, and a private community. Due to the digital nature of these services and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final.
2. No Refunds
QuantumEdge maintains a strict no-refund policy. No refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction
- Market losses or trading outcomes
- Lack of participation or inactivity
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Misunderstanding of the services offered
- Account suspension or termination due to violations
3. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals
All QuantumEdge memberships are billed as recurring subscriptions unless otherwise stated. Your payment method will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Failure to cancel prior to renewal does not qualify for a refund.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to QuantumEdge until the end of the paid period.
No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for any unused time.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing QuantumEdge services, you agree to contact us first to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in:
- Immediate termination of access
- Permanent removal from the QuantumEdge community
- Submission of evidence to the payment processor to contest the dispute
6. Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued if required by applicable law or explicitly approved in writing by QuantumEdge management. Any exception granted does not establish a precedent for future refunds.
7. Payment Processors
All payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. QuantumEdge is not responsible for processing delays, fees, or actions taken by payment processors.
8. Policy Changes
QuantumEdge reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
